Swedish Full Body Massage - Unwind and rejuvenate

What to expect

At the beginning of each appointment there will be a 5-10 minute personal consultation, to discuss needs & expectations from the session, and identify any relevant pre-existing conditions that the massage therapist needs to be aware of.

Your therapist will also ask if you are comfortable being massaged around the stomach, face and bottom (which can be massaged over a towel if preferred).

Clients will be asked to undress down to underwear before being treated. Privacy is guaranteed and clean towels will be used to ensure every client is comfortable.

A plain carrier massage oil may be used, and allergy needs can be discussed prior to the start of the treatment.

A full body massage can be expected to last approximately 1 hour.
