Terms and Conditions

For all new patients, payment is due at time of booking. No refunds are given. All appointments may be rescheduled once before a new booking will be needed.

If you need to move or cancel your appointment please let us know within 24 hours so we can reschedule this time for you.

Failure to attend and less than 24 hours notice given for rescheduling will result in the loss of the appointment and a new appointment being needed.

For all follow up appointments (all appointment types which are not a new patient), there is a 48 hour cancellation fee. The full fee will need to be paid if less than 48 hours notice is given. This allows us time to fill the space.
